Thrift store road trip!

The creative kids over at readsquare.com have gone on a thrift store road trip. They are heading north from oklahoma looping around lake Erie into canada and back down. The idea simple: wear clothes that they bought at thrift stores along the way. You can catch all the stories and a ton of photos over at the thrift store road trip section on the square site.

As I was reading through this it was hard for me not to think about our going canada trip of years back. Not that we did any thrift store shopping but was a similarly planned road trip across our country into canada.  The only link I could find for our trip was a lame look back from the waaaay back machine - goingcanada.com look back. I wish we would have properly archived the site, but I guess this is what you get when you host a site on a 333 celeron in a closet.
