I’m back from paradise. Back where the ocean is now of concrete and the jumping fish are angry subway riders. The trip was amazing… I spend afternoons laying on the beach sipping cold drinks, mornings at the pool, and evenings watching the sunset. I ate my weight in fresh seafood and drank almost as much in Pina Coladas. Although the whole trip was great, my favorite part was snorkeling. We were taken on a boat about 2 miles off the Atlantic coast side of the island to where the ocean shelve drops off. I was able to see and swim with 4 foot Nurse sharks, Manta Rays, and a HUGE school of Barracuda - the whole thing was very exhilarating.
